Role – Golf Clubhouse Bar Supervisor
Hours - Full time permanent
Salary - £25,600 per annum plus extensive benefits and bonus
As Bar Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Clubhouse Manager and F&B Team Members to consistently deliver a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Your duties will involve maintaining operational excellence, fostering teamwork, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities –
- Attend to all customer/member queries and enquiries with care and commitment.
- Encourage upselling within the team and assist in controlling operating costs.
- Liaise with kitchen and housekeeping departments as necessary.
- Ensure food and beverage areas are set up and run according to standards.
- Supervise team members to ensure tasks are carried out effectively.

- To open and close the bar to a high standard
- To help set up and supervise events that take place on the premises
Requirements –
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
