Job Title: Revenue Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum plus extensive benefits
Hours: Full time permanent
Company Overview:
Carden park Hotel are seeing a talented Revenue Co-ordinator! You will play a crucial role in supporting the revenue team analysing data, implementing pricing strategies, and identifying revenue opportunities. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with revenue goals and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of revenue targets for accommodation, food & beverage, room hire, leisure, golf, and spa revenue in alignment with budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to brainstorm and implement new ideas, incentives, and procedures to enhance revenue generation.
- Provide support to the sales team by researching sales leads, identifying revenue opportunities, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to maximise revenue potential.
- Communicate pricing policies, revenue targets, and performance updates effectively to internal stakeholders, including departmental managers, sales teams, and senior management.
- Conduct competitor research to inform pricing strategies and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Assist in accurate rooms revenue forecasting and financial forecasting in collaboration with the revenue team
- Coordinate and facilitate commercial strategy meetings to align revenue goals with company objectives.
Enjoy a full time permanent role of 40 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday including bank holidays however occasional weekend may be required to meet the business demands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in revenue management, sales, or hospitality operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
